Very happy with the service from this location when I asked staff for help they got to me some what quickly. I"m very surprised I was able to find women's shoes in a size 13w and also felt very comfortable shopping for women shoes as a man cause the staff was very friendly to me and my friends there. I will be for sure coming back when I need new shoes!

Came in to find a pair of shoes, that I've bought there before. Looked at them all, couldn't find it. The lady comes over finally, (I think the only one working) asks if I need help. I tell her what I'm looking for, she does exactly what I did - looked at the shoes and said, no I have none. Offered no assistance with something else or if another store has one (they have in the past). So I left and went to The Shoe Company and bought what I needed. Left feeling like I was an intrusion and not a customer. Oh well, my business will go elsewhere.

Came in to buy shoes no sizes. Ask for help finding sizes and then they forget about you. Needs more staff. Not recommended.
