I have came here THREE times. And the two employees said the shoes were "out of stock" and she wasnt allowed to make a custom order. Then i go again today. Same thing, she didnt even go to the back to check. Then snootly says "have a nice day" as to get me to leave. Then i go back an hour later. And ask someone else. She actually goes to the back (also said she CAN order some shoes if they weren't in stock) .. Come to find out they actually had the shoes in stock all along. Some of these empoyees are RUDE i have been shopping at Kingsway for years and i am extremely disappointed in their customer service. I am a paying customer and i deserve to be treated equal and not less then because i am aboriginal.

Probably my favorite store to shop at . The workers always greet me as soon as I walk in, no matter how busy it is and go above and beyond to help me find what i am looking for. Prices are a bit high but you get what you pay for !
