Service could be better. The staff do not acknowledge you at all. Guess they don't want to make sales which is strange because they are paid by commission! Save yourself the trouble and go to the champs in West Edmonton Mall, where you will be greeted with a smile.

Shopped at this store today. The customer service I received was HORRIBLE. I thought I'd do the company a favor and phoned their corporate number to voice a complaint. The Customer Service Agent asked me, "Is it cool if I transfer your call." Where is the professionalism? The lady handling my order while in the store,tattoo on her arms, had such a bad attitude. She ignored me after asking for assistance and attempted to get me to ask another associate for help. Also, I over-heard her and another associate talking ill about a customer who was being indecisive. Based on my experience with the agent over the phone and the conduct of their in store associates, leads me to believe that this company does not pride itself in offering exceptional customer service. Sad!

It was just terrible. Today I went in and all I wanted was to try on a pair of shoes, in which I was bluntly given major attitude and eye rolls, there was another group in the store but other girl at the desk was on her phone allowing the one girl with attitude to handle the customers. The one girl who was helping, finally came back after who knows how long and threw the shoes beside me then left. When she came back again after how long minutes, I asked for the price, she said she'd check and didn't come back! So disappointed in the customer service. Just terrible, rude and a waste of my time. Just go to Foot Locker.

Took awhile for some one to help, but they were pretty busy. But once i got help they were really helpful and answered all of my questions.
