Story

We have been selling Industrial footwear since 1979 in north Edmonton. We added Carhartt Clothing to the mix in 2005. We pride ourselves in our product and our people.

Reddhart is based in BC and Alberta and specializes in footwear brands such as Keen, Canada West, Blundstone, Wolverine, Royer, Red Wing,Mellowwalk, Viberg, We put particular emphasis on CSA safety footwear MADE IN CANADA.
We are also one of the largest CARHARTT distributors in Western Canada. Our business model is to offer the lowest available CARHARTT prices, combined with professional boot fitting and excellence in customer care.

Good staff and product overall. You could tell they were busy but the salesman still did his best to accommodate me and make sure I was happy with the fit. I will say the process took longer than I thought it would.. maybe I am being nit-picky.. but I am happy with the final results.

Showed up at 7:50 when they close at 8 pm to ask a quick question about resoling my boots (great condition but could do with a sole that has traction in the winter). The guy at the counter made it very known that they were closing and I had to be quick so I asked him about resoling and he told me that it would "probably be a better idea to just buy new boots". I didn't buy red wing boots to buy and toss every year, so I was pretty dissapointed in his answer. One star out of five for this location, but I'm happy enough with the boots to take my money elsewhere to get them resolved so I put a second star on the review

Always get my Carhartt here and am never unhappy. They've even done special orders for me which I appreciate. Haven't bought the boots they are too expensive but I really like the staff and everything else.

It's rare that I write reviews for any company but felt compelled after purchasing a pair of Red Wing boots from Reddhart Workwear. The sales associate took the time to fit me properly based on their fitting machine. Red Wings are available in a wide variety of sizes and widths and after trying on my third pair, I found the perfect fit. I was informed about the top-notch warranties on the boots and they conditioned my boots as they completed the sale. Nice added bonus: laces are free for as long as I own these boots. I left the store very impressed.

Horrible business practice, warranty is not honoured, service sucks, do not spend your money here, go elsewhere!!
