Payless ShoeSource

I went to the other store down the road in the same night and my experience was the same.Very happy with the service from this location when I asked staff for help they got to me some what quickly. I"m very surprised I was able to find women's shoes in a size 13w and also felt very comfortable shopping for women shoes as a man cause the staff was very friendly to me and my friends there. I will be for sure coming back when I need new shoes!

I was told by the payless at city centre to come here and get the two pairs of runners we were looking for that were our sizes which were size 9 for me and 10 for my mother. We were told that they had both sizes in the colours we wanted. When we went there the women was rude and biligerant for some reason because we asked her to help us find these shoes, when asked numerous times she kept saying "well I dont know" "I dont know" and forcing herself to look around. She said she only had one pair that were 10 which were for my mother and that was great because thats what she wanted. But when we asked for the other pair that I wanted she started being sarcastic Ofcourse stating again "I dont know" and "someone could have bought them" and "they could have been stolen". Fair is fair I thought she told us to go to kingsway because they had it. Besides that the store isles are so small and theres so many people its almost impossible to get through and quite fusterating plus the minimal amount of shoes sizes you guys have. When purchasing the shoes her attutude totally changed and started smiling and laughing. I realized she was doing this unpurpose because she said if we fill out a survey about how good experience we had we could get 4$ off also adding that the employees at the store were having a contest, not knowing what she meant by this she gave us her name and told us to give her a good review so she'll look good. Well I gave her a review alright, but not the one shes hoping for. It seems you have people working there that arent too hapoy with there job and perhaps shouldnt be working there. Also the city centre playless says the store here and at kingsway are always getting complaints so you should try and fix that someday if you really care. Wouldnt reccomend coming here hopefully a change in staff will happen.

i have been going to the payless shoes source for years at the londonderry location. I find the service from the staff was excellent ,they are very kind and welcoming to me every time i enter the store. the manager on the other hand, could take a note from her staff, and work on her attitude, i found her to be very unfriendly and unwelcoming.

I came here today to purchase shoes for my son. There was minimal variety for little boy shoes. The services was terrible... I was completely ignored by the employee. There was another customer who was also ignored. When it was time to pay - she couldn't even force a smile.
