I have been to this Passport Health Clinic 2 years in a row and both times I’ve had the pleasure of being assisted by Mary Ellen. She is knowledgeable and prepares ahead of time to make sure that she conveys all the necessary precautions for one’s trip.  Mary Ellen takes the time to explain each of the vaccines and medications needed for the specific destination and listens carefully to answer all questions and concerns.  Aside from that, she is sweet and kind and truly makes the experience of visiting the clinic an enjoyable one. On both occasions I have waited less than 5 minutes to be seen.  As for parking, I’ve read in other reviews that parking can be a challenge but I find that parking in the lot on Randall and Reynolds is quick and just a few minutes walk to the clinic.  Overall, I truly recommend this clinic for its service and friendly staff. Mary Ellen is awesome!!

Beatrix is amazing!  She was the person I met with when I first started my international career.  She patiently met with myself and my parents answering all our questions and providing many useful tips.  (Time and again I managed to avoid illness when others haven't because I have stuck by her advice and taken smart risks.)  It's 10 years later I still recall first meeting her with such joy - despite the numerous vaccinations I was receiving!  Beatrix, thanks for helping keep me a strong, healthy, and confident traveler - regardless of destination!

I had a wonderful visit with Mary Ellen! She was very informative and took her time to answer all of my questions. She also gave me great advice with travel tips. I would highly recommend booking a visit with her as she is very knowledgable and genuine!

Incredible experience with fantastic customer service. I have a bit of a phobia when it comes to needles, but they took the time to explain what was required, and make me feel comfortable. Don't look elsewhere!

I recently got some very, very bad travel advice for an upcoming trip, so decided to get a second opinion and went to Passport Health Oakville and saw Mary Ellen Sharp, one of Nurse Specialists. Mary Ellen was not only extremely nice but also very, very knowledgable, going above and beyond to ensure I had all the information about recommended vaccines, and how those vaccines will keep me safe during my travels. I highly recommend visiting this Travel Clinic before any travel, the staff were absolutely incredible throughout my entire experience!
