Terrible experience.  Regret asking the sales lady in the medical coat any questions.  She straight up lied about the scope of benefits provided by a product.  She then used a narrow timeline of 5 days for returns and would not except my untouched bag back.  (I returned 6 days after purchase, which was when I had recovered from the flu using a puffer and sudafed)
