Great place to work

My 2 blue boxes were beat up and cracked from all the wear in tear week in, week out! I called 311 and a nice guy directed me to 1151 Bronte, including the best lot to park in.  I was in and out in minutes with 2 new boxes from the nice lady at the counter! I wish everything was that easy! lol!?...

Elaine Van Alphen was extremely rude and unprofessional.  In the one hour conversation she was quick to belittle, command and ultimately was of no help to me.  I honestly feel if it was another rep who dealt with me they would have been able to help me.  This is not someone you want to speak with when you need help.

October, 2020 Basically very limited services available for general public, only drop off available outside of the office. Lots of construction around the muncipility building.

I went to legal services department on 2nd floor and an aggressive lady told me we didn't serve public and gave me a number to call which is also Halton legal services???????
