I work at Eastern Floral in Grand Haven, and we do not carry a balloon that a customer was looking for. I called around for a customer and was serviced by Elina at the Muskegon store on Harvey. She was polite, helpful, and searched the store for what we where looking for. You guys did not have exactly what we where looking for, but she had two similar suggestions that you do carry which was very helpful to us, and our valued customer who we just sent your way! Thank you so much for your great customer service Elina! If I am ever looking for specialty event supplies that we don't carry i'll be sure to call for your help.

Good selection of things to choose from except for what you call them to verify they have it and they don't actually know what you are looking for.
