JCPenney

Ordered a dishwasher before Christmas with an original delivery of the end of December....no delivery...went to the JCPenney store ....got a number to call....called and got a new delivery date in January...no delivery...called , hung up on several times..... finally talked to someone over the phone to find out that someone from JCPenney cancelled the order....called again ... hung up on again over and over again... went to the store again only to be told it's not up to them to fix this or to refund the money... got another two phone numbers to call tomorrow???? Unbelievably ridiculous run around and I still don't have my dishwasher???? No help from the store.

Had a very negative experience here. Brought back some gloves that I received as a Christmas gift that were the wrong size, however the size I needed was not in stock. They told me my only option was in store credit, and for less than was initially paid for the gloves since they were on sale. The associate was slow and unaccomodating to my situation and I was wholly unimpressed with my experience. I won't be returning.

Went with my 92 year mother in law to get shoes for walking. She wanted to try on a shoe that had the security tag tangled in the lace. I went to the counter and asked Debra if she could take it off, and she just looked at me. Got on her walkie talkie and said they needed help in women's shoes. They asked her to please handle it and she totally ignored me. It would have taken all of 10 seconds and she just acted like I wasn't there. In a time when there is so much retail competition, it's a shame customers have to deal with rude, unaccomodating associates.

The visit was great. And I do not like to shop. A young lady named Juliana took care of my exchange and encouraged​ me to purchase another item. So I purchased more than I planned and I will be back again because of the service from Juliana.
