Shopping and purchasing at Mattress Firm in Roosevelt Park was an awesome experience all the way around. Since my wife and daughter had a great experience there a couple of years ago, my wife and I went into the store this time to shop for a new queen size mattress for ourselves. Laura was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable! She listened closely to our needs and our budget, and worked extremely hard to get us an an exceptional mattress at an exceptional price. So much so, that we ended up buying an additional mattress for our son! Thanks Laura and Mattress Firm for coming through for our family once again - we appreciate you!

Laura was an excellent sales lady. She set me up with an early Christmas gift for my husband to surprise him when he comes home from a hunting trip. She got us set up with an awesome bed at an amazing price. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new bed.

I stopped in to use the restroom and ended up purchasing 2 mattress protectors and I will be coming back to buy a mattress in a few weeks. Kayleigh was very helpful and knowledgeable. She sold me on the need to use a good mattress protector to extend the life of my mattress. The demonstration of the adjustable base sold me on the need to save up for one of those!!! Highly recommend this store. Very clean and prices are great too.

Thanks to Laura, we purchased a high-quality mattress set with a frame and mattress cover at a price we could afford. Laura went above and beyond to meet our budget. We had an amazing experience! Kaileigh was WONDERFUL!!!! She was sohelpful and friendly! She pointed us in the right direction on which mattresses to try that fit in our budget and gave us a few pointers without trying to up sell us! Which was so refreshing! Most places the sales people are so in your face and constantly trying to up sell everything! The store itself was very clean and well stocked! Will definitely be back for any mattress needs!
