Why sell the protection warranty through square trade if neither STAPLES nor SQUARE TRADE want to deal with my product not working. Falls under the warranty time frame that they sold to me and yet will have nothing to do with the issue. Call VTECH is all both of them say, a huge thanks for nothing from me!!

Every time I think I should go to this store I leave disappointed and upset. Worst customer service I've ever received; My first terrible experience was about two weeks ago when I had to wait for the cashier to get off her phone to pay for my items, then when asked, she knew very little about promotions that'd been advertised, and I thought "ya know, I can get over that, bad day, whatever it might have been" but after my experience today with Beverly at the print/copy station I am surprised they are even getting enough business to keep the lights on. That woman had the audacity to make a rude remark toward my family, and when I asked her what it was she said, she said she was talking about the stores printer but surely didn't repeat what it was she said. I cannot believe they allow the employees to represent the store with such behaviors as those I've witnessed, good luck to anyone hoping to have a pleasant experience in this store.
