Long time customer here. Daughter and I went in to shop. Asked to use the restrooms and was told no "Public Restroom". Just lost 2 customers. I will not shop at a store that does not have restrooms for their customers.

The employees there are rude. They asked me 3 times if they could help me I said no. I know what I want. Then when I couldn't find want I was looking for. They were rude about helping me. Then at the checkout they would take my $100 bill because I had to spend $75 or more for them to cash a $100 bill. I only spent $43. They told the 2 customer in front of me the same thing. We all had $100 bills and spent a lil less than $50. Last time I ever go there.

Don't go there often, but decided to start doing my own roots since I was going to be away from my hairdresser for several months. The sales lady was MOST HELPFUL. She suggested different curling irons, because I needed one of those too, & then she helped me choose the right color that I needed... and explained in detail how to mix & apply it (I've never done this before). I took it all home and mixed it up & my husband helped me apply it. Perfect results!!!! I was very happy for her help and tips on how to achieve the look I wanted! Satisfied customer

Love their prices, cheap and they know their products and what they do for ya .

Not helpful at all! Employees seem rude and miserable EVERY TIME, they peak around corners to see what you're doing, barely know about their products or which works best. They just want your money.
