Parkview RV Centre

We purchased our first trailer, a Travelaire, back in 2003, and used it extensively for 14 years. As our family got older, our trailer needs changed. When we started looking for a new trailer, we went from RV Dealer to RV Dealer, and honestly got very discouraged by the quality of product that we saw in the showrooms. We looked at many different brands, different qualities, different service areas and also evaluated the staff which we felt are all significant factors when making a purchase of this type of expense. There was more than one dealership that promised to call us back with requested information, only to never hear from them again. When we stumbled upon an older Creekside RV, we were told to look at Parkview RV. We were a bit hesitant to make the longer drive out there, however, right from our very first phone call to Parkview, Jason has surpassed all expectations with his knowledge, friendliness, courtesy, and professionalism. From the no pressure sales to making you feel at home; from when we started looking till when we finally made our decision and the actual purchase and delivery—at every step we have always been impressed, with all staff members. We can honestly say that they were there to help all the way, in every way possible to make it a pleasant and informative shopping experience. Jason was always prompt with both phone calls and email responses, even when we asked similar questions multiple times, he was always patient and respectful. The country hometown atmosphere was surprisingly quite enjoyable and absolutely worth the drive. We would definitely go back to Parkview RV for a future trailer and all of our trailer needs. We have dealt with Parkview RV Centre for the past several years. Jason has been extremely generous in providing us with a RV trailer to use during the MS Bike Tour every June. We have a large team, the Happy Fillmores, and all of our riders appreciate the use of this trailer as a change area during the day. The trailers are always clean and beautiful - many riders tell us how much they appreciate having this space. The staff and service at Parkview RV is all one can expect. Our new Outdoor RV had a couple of minor issues and they were corrected quickly so that we didn't miss any of our short camping season. Thanks to all at Parkview RV.

We purchased a trailer in 2010 and again in 2017. Both times we were treated excellent. Jason and his staff are great to work with and are very knowledgable about their products. I would highly recommend them.

Our experience at Parkview has been excellent. We have purchased two new trailers; from showroom to financing through delivery and service the owners and all staff have proven to be very professional, knowledgable and accommodating. We would recommended Parkview RV to anyone looking for any RV
