Did a factory order with Josh in sales a few months ago and the experience was amazing! I was a little worried at first, as I have never had to order a vehicle before, but it was a very smooth transaction. Was told about a 6 month wait for it to come in only took 4 and whenever I had questions throughout the waiting period he answered them all very quickly. Toyota city is amazing. I had the pleasure to deal with Dave. He is very friendly and professional and gave amazing customer service. I was getting the car all the way from Regina SK , and they made the transaction pretty smoothly. They also gave a discounted price on the deal and they got a car the fastest in western canada. I will definitely recommend to all my friends and family. Amazing customer service and best for price!

Purchased a Corolla hatchback with Scott as our salesman. Great service, listened to what my needs and wants were. Kept me within budget and went over all the dials and buttons upon pick up. Great salesman. Highly recommend

If you want to have great experience with all levels of staff and of course PURCHASE a vehicle…this is the place to go! My husband and I went to many dealerships in the city Edmonton and either no one was interested in helping or did not want to negotiate a better price or the vehicle was not even road worthy so the dealership of course would work out a repair price in their favour. Scott, our sales guy and Gilbert, the manager negotiated a price on a used truck that worked for us. The process was quick, efficient and painless. Financing was a breeze with Yoomi. Thank you to the knowledge staff at Wetaskiwin Toyota!!!!

Bought a 2021 car from them and within 1 week the car was with issues. It seems they did not make a good inspection and when I asked them to fix the issue they denied. Do not recommend this dealership.  Edit after reply.  I reached him telling that you guys told me that would have factory warranty which was a lie because of a modification you guys did not tell me and this part voids the warranty and he DID NOT want to replace to the original one. Just told me lies and did nothing to solve it.

Had an awesome experience dealing with this dealership when purchasing our 2023 Toyota Highlander - they went over and above to treat us fairly and respectfully - loved our salesman Scott Montgomery, finance lady and Sales manager - would highly recommend buying your next vehicle here!!

Best customer service. Very pleasant experience. Scott and Brian are outstanding. Anyone trying to buy a vehicle from Edmonton, Calgary should try these guys since they have best pricing and great customer service. I tried all the dealerships in Edmonton and they are all rip off. Will overcharge customers and blame it on "chip shortage".

I got the pleasure of working with Scott, and I can’t say enough about this guy! Him and the team bent over backwards to help find me a vehicle that fit all my needs and worked around my crazy schedule, delivering cars 45 minutes away for me to test drive and the van I purchased, not to mention continuing to follow up afterwards to make sure I loved it. One of the doors jammed a week after purchase, they brought me out a loaner and fixed everything and brought me back my van with a full tank of gas no questions asked. Yoomi also was able to handle all the financing over phone and email making everything quite seamless and stress free.   The whole process was a breeze and their customer service is really above and beyond. Thank you!

Scott, Cody and Yoomi were awesome to deal with. Truck was exactly as promised. My wants were very specific and this truck hit the mark. It was 3.5 hours away from me, Scott made sure to take the time to answer all my questions, send pictures and a video of the truck.

My husband and I bought a car with them and we had a really bad experience.  First of all, the car had aftermarket parts, which was not mentioned to us at any moment of the sale neither in the inspection.  We just discovered after being charged for a service at Hyundai  wich was suposed to be free due to the manufacturer's warranty because the problem investigated was related to an aftermarket part.  When purchasing the car, Toyota City always affirmed that the vehicle had manufacturer's warranty, which was not true, as it was confirmed by the issue we had at Hyundai.  But what we got most disappointment was the way they conducted the whole situation. We contacted the dealership and they refused to solve the problem, not to mention that we didn't even receive apologies for what happened.  I trully don't recommend this place to anyone.
