When you bring you vehicle in for emergency service and your wife asked for her stroller out of the back seat and find your back seat like this. Car seat disconnected and seats in disarray. Never mind the scratch marks on the door. Not very thoughtful.  The first time to Denham I was underwhelmed. This time I’m super disappointed.

Kojisales and Avrial finance are a great team. Second time buying from this dealership and they don't disappoint. Service team is tops, they always takes great care of my Fords and are accommodating to my busy life schedule.

I was looking for a set of brake pads that were on back order in Calgary. I called many other Alberta and Manitoba Ford dealers to check if they have the part in stock to no avail, and finally I contacted the parts dept at Denham Ford. Brought our F150 Harley Davidson into Denham Ford to replace the door keypad and have tires replaced. The service and parts department went above and beyond to look after us. Another Ford dealer told us they weren’t able to pull the door code but the technician at Denham got us the code in 10 minutes. Thank you Denham Ford

I recently stopped into Denham Ford to make an appointment to have a water pump replaced, this was on a Friday afternoon.  The Service Department staff at Denham did not hesitate to tell me that they could replace the pump immediately if I was able to wait. I readily agreed to this  and was offered a loaner vehicle if needed.  The job took roughly 2 hours and I was on my way in short order.  I have always been impressed with the staff at Denham whether it be Sales or Service, they are always friendly, professional, knowledgable and helpful.  They have earned my trust and I will not hesitate to return there for my vehicle needs in the future whether it be service or a new truck!  Thanks Denham.

Brittany in the service department was awesome! I had some warranty work to get done, I had to delay it due to an accident my husband had. She kept the work order open and let me book in when it finally worked with my schedule. She even got me a loaner car and to top it all off my car was detailed inside and out!!!!!! The cleanest my car has EVER been! It was such a nice treat! Thank you!
