Since moving to Wetaskiwin we've had our vehicles serviced here. We have been happy with the service and haven't had an issue. They only repair what is needed and don't try to guide you into something you don't need.

Do not ever make the mistake of buying a pre-owned vehicle from this dealer. I purchased one and the very same day i recieved it the check engine light came on along with another warning indicator as well as the vehicle fails to even start. Ive taken it back to them twice now with no change and the used sales manager has taken to just ignoring my enquiries. What I get for going out of my way to do business with a dealer that I live 3 hrs away from.

I received a confusing e-mail from a GM dealership where I had leased a GM product not sold by Adams. telling me in a round about way that a service was necessary that would probably cost me substantial money.I phoned and spoke to Dean ,the service manager at Adams about the email ,who told me that his understanding was that what I was being told was not necessary.He went out of his way to find out and call me back He took the car in and performed an inspection just to say that it had been done and nothing else was needed so that I was covered when I turned the car in .His did not have to do anything and could have just brushed me off but as far as I am concerned he went above and beyond what I expected.This is what I call service , showing to me that he is an asset to his company and may have laid the ground work for a purchase of a vehicle in the spring LES YOUNG

I went to get my service done at Adam's Chevrolet and from the initial contact from Justin and Tyler, right to the Service Manager Dean, I was treated with respect and professionalism. They took care of all my concerns and did so with pride. I recommend anyone who needs any work done to go see the fine people at Adams, you will be happy you did. Thanks again for looking after my truck...
