Parker's Alteration Shop

Had a tough Carhartt work jacket sleeves shortened there. The material was extremely rough but he was able to do a fantastic job with the stitching. A little pricy but it’s worth it for the work that was done. The stitching will easily last decades just like the jacket will.

This man really knows what he is doing. I have used tailors throughout North America and Europe and you will find no better for three times the price. I was skeptical when I moved into the neighborhood several years ago, but now everything is taken directly to him. Always on time. And he is a helluva nice guy to boot!

Unfortunately I drove all the way over here as they advertise on google that the hours are 12-5 on Sundays. I thought that was great because not many alterations places have Sunday hours. Only to get here at 4pm and it’s closed. There were no signs on the door to specify. Had to pay for parking in the parkade for no reason.

Went there at 3:15 on a Sunday and it was closed. Posted hours say they are open until 3:45!
