I asked to shorten my strap and they decided to change where to sew the strap. I asked why, and she said because it looks better. I never asked for a design change.
Susan is very good at her job. I have been going here for well over a decade and always happy with her work.
Really fast and convenient! They were able to accommodate my schedule and were very friendly.

Needed the cuffs altered on my dress jacket. They made one arm shorter than the other then tried to change me for it, refused to replace the jacket. Extremely unskilled and poor customer service. Will never go back, highly recommend staying away from this place.
Susan is amazing. Very skillful and helpful.
She is very good for alterations
Unfortunately, closed on Sunday when Main street is busy. And Monday too.
