Disappointed when I saw they stapled a bunch of my dress shirts on the bottom with tags. These are expensive shirts, why are you putting holes in my clothes?!
We had a fashion catastrophe and they pulled it out of the bag for us. Within 3 hours of a wedding we had an iron that decided to spit out brown water and stain a new white shirt. Townline had it sorted for us within a couple of hours. Crisis averted. Nice people. Eternally grateful.
They are new owners that do phenomenal work and service. The other owners were brutal and super expensive. I have used these guys a few times. It’s so good to have a great dry cleaner in my neighbourhood as finding a good one in Vancouver is impossible! Will keep going !
Service and quality are top-notch. After a change of ownership at my previous cleaner’s, I tried Townline after a friend suggested them. I’m very happy with quality of their cleaning. It’s hard to find a good dry cleaner, but my worries are gone now!
