One star removed because I showed up to pick up my repaired garment during their posted hours of operation but found the store front to be closed which was a little annoying as I then had to come back another day. Do NOT bother trying to fix seam tape on a tent fly! I wish they would have just told me it couldn't be fixed, rather than charging me a ton of money for a repair that didn't work. The seam tape that is used to waterproof the seams on my tent fly was disintegrating. I was told that they would fix it by applying new seam tape to it. The very first time I used it after it getting "fixed", the fly failed and my tent filled with water under the rain. This was because they applied the seam tape directly ontop of the old disintegrating tape, so the new tape just starting peeling off with the old tape. If they had removed the old tape first, then the repair job might have worked, but this shop did not want to do that extra work. The repair cost a lot of money, and it didn't work because it wasn't done properly. I wish she would have just told me that it couldn't be fixed because she couldn't remove the old tape.

I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. The owners are not professional. They often aren’t open during their posted operational hours, and are difficult to reach. I dropped a jacket off to get altered and they did exactly what I asked them not to do, despite the owner reassuring me that they can do what was asked. Unreliable service. When I finally went to pick my jacket up, I paid anyways. They didn’t take card despite having a machine. OK, I give them cash and they then tell me they have no change. I was furious and went to grab change elsewhere because I did not want to overpay by even a few dollars.Services: Alterations

I walked in with a pretty odd alteration request for a dog collar and the I assume? shop owner immediately went into problem solving mode to find a solution. She could tell I'm a little picky haha so she insisted on doing the alteration right away for me so she could show me the steps and I wouldn't have to worry about it. She even ended up lowering the originally agreed upon price because the alteration ended up a bit easier than expected. Overall a very excellent experience!Service: Alterations

Fatima is amazing! Such fast turnaround on my items, good rates, quality stitching and great customer service. If you have any type of gear in need of repair, this is the place to take it!

If you live close by and do not care too much about quality, then this might be an ok place to take your repairs. I had some modifications done on an awning not cheap and the workmanship was poor. Also some stitching was missed. I am glad I looked over it and had it fixed while I waited, otherwise it would have meant going back.Service: Alterations

DO NOT GO HERE. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. Went to have the zipper on my tent fixed in the summer. They told me I'd have it in time for my camping trip, out of simplicity I paid in full in advance instead of just the deposit which is half the total cost. I even called a couple days before my trip and was once again ensured my tent would be ready. The morning of no one was there, I waited for over 2 hours and no one ended up opening up shop. I had to go buy a whole new tent that morning... Once I was back from my trip, they told me they hadn't even started on my tent! It still wasn't done. I demanded a refund - so they refunded me in a cheque had no money in their til and their debit machine was down apparently, and the cheque bounced, so they basically stole my money and didn't even provide me with any service. They are also impossible to get a hold of. The worst experience ever.
