love this shop. they sell quality products. knowledgeable staff.

I took my kenmore machine in because it wasn't sewing properly.  Customer Service was very friendly but they kept my machine for quite a while and they lost my extention cord.  I paid for their work hours but the issue was not fixed.  Not going there again.

A great shopping experience . Excellent customer service . Sabine was awesome and patient when I was trying out different sewing machines . Vast selection of different sewing machines . Store is highly to recommend

I had my machine serviced.  They did a great job making my aging piece of equipment run smoothly again.  Full complement of hard to find accessories, machine oil, bobbins in stock.  She was super nice and knowledgeable about the equipment.  Coming back to purchase a new machine confident there will be great service for it in the future.
