Paris Jewellers

Not sure what happened to the other reviewers. Last year I bought my wife earrings at the West paris and service was great. Last week I bought my wife some rings at the Millwoods one. They resized it overnight. And spent along time with me trying to pick items out. When i did it again they say upfront 1-2 weeks. So its not a surprise. I guess they could rush and do it crappy. Anyway. Since writing this i took it for resize. They said up to 2 weeks. Took barely a week. Even went so far as to track another item for me that wasn't in stock. Unfourtantly I could not get that item. Our rings came in a very nice box and also got one of those promo necklaces they give out this time of the year. Oh, I forgot. The jeweler fixed my old wedding ring by filing a sharp edge I made at work. No charge was nice as I would if just bought a file. I really liked this location and look forward to returning.

Took my engagement ring in to be resized... Took two weeks. When I finally got my white gold ring back, the band looked yellow... Took it back AGAIN to have them fix their mistake and was told it would take a few days. It has now been a week since I dropped it off a second time and almost a month all together that I haven't had my ring. Disappointed with their customer service. Would not recommend.

Without prejudice.... Well first off this jewellery chain should be closed permanently, my husband against ny begging a couple of years ago bought a Paris 400.00 watch, well this watch was cursed fron the start batteries not holding charge clasps breaking anyways the watch was at Paris more than on my husbands wrist. Well this time I lost it we dropped it off January 21 for a quick clasp repair the repair/manager/??? Said one week, one week no phone calls I called over and over they said head office has it no a watchman has it no we lost it????? Then they blamed a innocent worker that just started and hadn't organized the paper work and misplaced ours...lol lol Well I stated to them I'm getting my lawyer involved quess what we got the watch on Friday March 10 finally but here's the kicker they wanted to charge me 65.00 no apologize to me I can't count the times they hung up on me said they would call back never did.....buyer beware this is a warranty watch 3 years old only nothing is covered. Absolutely perfect service they gave me a killer deal on a low budget couldn't be happier I recommend this place to anyone ! Ask for Jason he's great help !!!

I gave my ring for resizing and they told me it will take 1 week . I received call from them after 2 weeks that they can't fix it at location and they have to send it to head office . Like wth ?? Really ??? U realize after 2 weeks that it won't get fixed at ur location ??? Just not happy and will never return to any Paris jewellers . Useless and 0 customer service . Not sure who is the manager at millwood town center and west Edmonton . He/she really needs to focus on client' satisfaction as this is not grocery we are spending too much money in your store and u cant give at least a good customer service ,?
