Was very upset with my service at this particular location. I work in the plaza right across the road, I ordered a burger at around 3 pm requesting it to be delivered for 4pm. At 4:10 my food had still not arrived so I called and was told the food was on its way, which legit was not even a minute away. And the reason I didn't go to get it myself is I was very busy that day and so was the parking lot so I just thought it would be easier. At around 4:35, five minutes after my lunch break ended I called again requesting it to just be cancelled and my card refunded. The manager Tim seemed very nice on the phone. Said he had no problem refunding my money and told me when the delivery driver showed up to just take the food at no charge. Cool. Nice gesture. Then I proceeded to watch the delivery driver slowly drive by my store front, then peel out. Therefor I did not receive my food. Didn't bother calling back but I am very dissatisfied. .

Old school Italian Pizzeria like no one else does. The steak bomb wrap comes in a thicker bread than normal and is one of the best I've had!

We have lived in Massachusetts all our lives and when we retired to sunny Florida. the I just love Papa Gino's pizza. Low and behold there is no Papa Giino's in Sunny Florida!!! So now when I come up to visit our son and his family in N.H. we make a point to come here so I can get my Papa Gino''s fix. True story!!

Waited 30 min for a pizza. Went up to the front desk to see were it is and they forgot to make it. Born losers.
