Checkmate Pizza Londonderry, NH

Checkmate has good food. The price is a little high but the last two times I ordered from them for delivery I had a terrible experience. The first time it took two hours for the pizza to even get here and when it did the pizza looked like it was thrown around it wasn't even edible they did send another pizza but didn't give me a discount or anything. The second time the delivery driver was extremely rude. He was a older gentleman, he called and was incredibly rude on the phone, then when he got here it was even worse. I said hello to him and he basically threw the paper in my face to sign, he aggressively took the food out of the bag, one of my items almost fell, then I said thank you and just said "mhm" and walked out the door. Even though they have good food the customer service is horrible.. unfortunately will be avoiding this place from now on.

The staff is always friendly and the food is pretty good. Make sure you order delivery when you can for free gummy bears! You can't get them by walking in.

The food is good. However i think the customer service is sub par. Anytime I've ever called to place an order i get an employee who seems like they're depressed and would rather not even be taking an order. No manners. Also when ive gone in to pick something up the girl at the counter was very rude. I stood there for 5 10 mins when she was socializing... Waiting to even be asked what i needed. Another employee had to come over and ask... Long story short my pizza was ready before i arrived.. I was standing there for 10 minutes waiting for my already done pizza.

We have ordered from here for several years but the last time will be the last as they are way too expensive and worth it. We ordered couple pizzas and sides and total was somehow $70 that is ridiculous!! Food is okay but def not worth those prices.
