McDonald's

Got there around 11:15pm, drive through was super slow. We ordered a medium combo 10 piece chicken nugget meal and a small Oreo mcflurry. We waited 10 minutes at the window waiting for the lady to take our money. She never said she would be right with us. Then on top of waiting I got a big mac instead of my chicken nuggets? Poor service. Always double check before leaving.

I waited a half hour and the lady told me the iced cream machine was down. I ordered two mcdoubles, no ice cream. Why this was relevant to my order I don't know. Afterward, I decided ice cream was the right call, however I could not return to this establishment! I ventured to Taco Bell and there waited an additional 30 minutes where I was told they don't serve ice cream. This is all McDonald's fault.

ordered three fish sandwiches @ $ 4.35 each around 1:43pm, order delivered super fast, all 3 were dry & hard, void of soft flaky fish we had expected from past visits. Each had a nickel size dollop of tartar sauce and half slice of orange colored cheese. hope they treat their employees better than their customers. see attached photo of one not eaten.

Terrible slow food from the cooks. Cashier was good quick and pleasant. The manager was trying to get them moving. Totally not happy with their work effort today.

This Chain reflects Teamwork & like Family Relationship with their customers. Thanks for Over 15yrs of makin the Start of My Days So Worth it !!
