99 Restaurants

Took my daughters here for dinner. Waiter promptly took the drink order. All sodas so no review for those. He came back and we ordered dinner. One got a burger & fries. It was fine. My other daughter wanted a chicken parm sandwich but we were told “i cant cause the button is gone” . That’s just silly. There is a chicken sandwich, just add sauce & cheese. So she had to order a dinner which had pasta she didn’t want.nnI ordered the turkey tips which were overcooked that they were so dry inside snd mashed potatoes were cold. This could be because it look so ling for it to come out.nnThis wS disappointing for me. One good thing was the cookie skillet that the girls enjoyed.nnFine for the lids but In mo rush to return.

Pickup order, curbside. Arrived at the ETA, not always exact I'm sure, especially on busy days. The system probably just chucks out the same 20 minute estimate regardless. Waited 20 minutes in the parking lot for a well done burger and cold fries. Chicken parm had straight up plain ziti with a couple tablespoons of tomato sauce. The chicken itself was aight. $46. $7 was tip because I'm a homie, but damn bro. I threw the pasta away xD

Always a good atmosphere. I tend to enjoy the Londonderry location more than most. It's most definitely larger than some of the other branches.nnThe food was excellent and the steak tips were cooked perfectly.nnOur waitress Chrissy was an absolute pleasure. Friendly and all around amazing service from this wonderful woman.nnThe lack of star is strictly due to the lack of communication between the host and kitchen.nnThe host had us wait despite there being open tables, which Chrissy had pointed out to the host after we had sat for a bit waiting.nnThe entrees were sent out by the kitchen a few minutes prior to the appetizer leaving the kitchen. This was honestly a first for me and left me confused as to even take the apps at this point, seeing how it defeats the entire purpose of ordering a starter.nnPetite deserts were delicious! nnWill be back!

Dinner for Mothers Day to go. I suggested 99 to my grandson. He wanted to get food for the family. Chicken tender were dry and overcooked. Salad was to small for 5 people. Two squares of cake. Fry cold. Rice dry. Tasted old. Only thing good were potato skins but they were small portion for five very disappointing

I never write reviews… but this was just such a terrible experience I had to. I went to 99 Restaurant in Londonderry and have been going to 99 getting the same thing since a teenager. I ordered food for my mom’s birthday dinner and lunch for tomorrow and got salads, a French onion soup, 3 honey BBQ chicken wraps. I got home unpacked all the food to see a literal half wrap the size of a McDonald’s snack wrap cut in half. This thing was embarrassing and I can’t believe it was even served. The wrap had not even kidding one chicken tender in it .. you can see where all the extra bread is folded over. This was literally a finger food sample you would get at a party on a platter. Don’t even get me started on the French onion soup. It was so obviously microwaved and the bread was served on the side and STUCK to the container. I couldn’t even get it off the container without breaking it I wish I took a video but I was just in shock LOL. I knew their portions got smaller but this is just a whole new level of absurdity. I’m actually just dumbfounded how this was looked at and actually served to a customer. AND I tipped. Please avoid the Londonderry 99 location at all costs …. It ruined my moms birthday dinner and my night and I spent 78 dollars on the worst meal experience I’ve ever had.
