Food is usually very good. The service is good. In the mornings for breakfast a few times they're out of coffee and refilling but a manager takes care of it right away. Some of the new hires are inexperienced with the menu and could use more training. Sometimes it takes longer than expected. Price is a bit high for the value of goods.

Overpriced and not especially memorable. Perhaps if I ordered something else or something more substantial I may have a different review, but even after taking a suggestion from the staff the sandwich I ordered was NOT worth the $10 I ended up paying for it. 
That being said, the bread was nice, and the toppings (avocado, lettuce, tomato) were fresh (but really, it's tough to screw those up). The turkey was a nice piece but had little to no flavour, and the bacon was... bacon, albeit a thin strip.

Maybe another visit would change this rating but it'd be tough to justify it after this.

Good seating, friendly staff, food is a little overpriced, but the most frustrating thing is SUPER SLOW wifi! Every time I decide to come here to eat and work, I  leave unhappy because the wifi is terrible. Will choose any other cafe for working or studying

Lots of seats. Free refills. Nice customers. Soup in bread bowl never let me down. The staff look like hs graduates so its chill.🤣🤣🤣
