Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

Years ago, I read a marketing journal where Swiss Chalet revealed that their goal was to get patrons in and served and their bill delivered to their table within 36 minutes, in order to maximize customer satisfaction and profits. This place didn't read that. At 5:30 on a Thursday, with 5 waitstaff on duty and only 3 other tables occupied, it can take 10 minutes to get seated, and 15 minutes to get a waitress to come to take a drink order. And you should probably order a second drink at that time, since the waitress either (a) won't return to see if you want anything else or (b) forget to bring a second drink if you order it mid-meal. They are reasonably friendly and nice to kids, but the service at this particular Swiss Chalet is beyond bad - if you can go to a different one, you should.

The food service is quick and the food is very good. Everything on the menu is priced reasonably and tasty. The service staff are very friendly and helpful. I constantly ask for substitutions on my meals and they always accommodate my dietary needs.

One of the better locations in this franchise. Portions are a bit bigger. Tons of fries. Staff is friendly. This restaurant is in the corner so parking is in the back. You have to walk around to the front.

Good food as always with the chicken and chalet sauce, and great service. Great value!

Awesome service with hot food in front of us less than 15mins after arriving! Food looks and tastes even better than the pictures describe. Heaping plate portions for the festive feast. Love this spot. Highly recommend.
