Burger was ready before my Shake. 20 mins. Wait seemed a little long, I thought the assembly line style, was supposed to increase efficiency. The place was half empty, no manager in sight.

Five guys has literally never disappointed me. Some restaurants leave me feelijg hungry, dissatisfied with quality, or ripped off. Five Guys never slimps on portions, has top notch quality food, and is a decent price (compared to other fast food that costs less, but leaves me hungry or dissatisfied). Probably one of my favorite fast food places and my favorite burger joint.

This location could definitely need some help. The burgers are poorly cooked and the same goes for the fries. The one occasion that I went, everything was either out of service. The ketchup machine, the drink machine. The staff is not customer focused. This location needs to step there game up.
