The rapid pick up and fast lane kiosks are a great addition. I had no wait, used rapid pick up on my phone, walked in and my order was waiting for me. Not nearly as many people standing in line like it used to be at 12 noon. My sandwich and hot tea tastes great. Excellent!

Love this place. Food is great.  Staff is generally friendly. Coffee could be better though. Minus one star because you can't get a breakfast sandwich after 11 a.m.  Usually quite busy but worth the wait. I really like that the eggs in the breakfast sandwiches are not scrambled and the yolk is still runny without being raw. Love it!

I always love going to Panera! They have such a great selection of healthy food choices both for children & adults alike. One of my favorite combos is the "you pick two". Where you can mix soups & salads, sandwiches & salads, sandwiches & fruit, etc. Their children's menu is fantastic; with so many choices that even those of us with the pickiest of eaters (be it personal preference or due to food allergies), will be satisfied!

Wow prices seem to go up with every visit and the line seems to always get longer. The long lines are thanks to the 1 poor soul working register and 3 "register-like" tablets which continually glitch out or just don't work. Then when you try to finally sit and eat you will notice that the place is swarmed with wifi seeking college squatters who take up all of the 4 person tables to make room for homework and backpacks. If you are lucky yo find a table, you may notice there are no chairs. hmm. Well, good luck.

I go in and order my food and have a seat. In the window next to me is this racist prick spouting off about how interracial relationships are ruining this country and foreigners just come over here to take from Americans. Another white guy comes over and he thought he had a friend so he starts going off about how foreigners infiltrated the Roman empire to bring it down at which point I went of. A bystander goes and gets the manager and she tells me, "I'm going to kick you both out." I, a paying customer, get the same treatment as a Nazi. You don't have to worry about my business anymore.
