Chipotle Mexican Grill

So bad! can't even put in words. They were out of chicken, steak, vegetables, and cheese!!!! Tables were dirty, one person served people, and he was new. Empty pots were piles behind him. Trash was full beyond the rim, and the drink stations were dirty. This order was a delivery order. They did not add the veggies to my veggie bowl. Very little lettuce and tomatoes. No corn. This is sad how much they left off my order. Order is cold.nnI basically got rice and beans.

Truly terrible Chipotle location. Do not order online from here because they’ll give you half the amount of food as in person and charge you a higher price for it. Very ridiculous. I’ll never order from this location again and you shouldn’t either. I can’t believe I spent $32 total on this order for half a burrito bowl and a Sprite. Never again!nnEdit to Add: the customer service link they keep adding to peoples negative reviews doesn’t work. I had to go through Uber support to get my money returned to me. It’s not worth it to even try this location as their AI chat bot won’t make it right when they mess up.

This has to be the worst location in Michigan. I’ve ordered online ahead of time a few times during my lunch break and when I get to the restaurant my order is never ready. On top of that, there’s always something missing or they’re out of something. It’s always the same guy preparing to-go orders when I go and he moves extremely slow. No offense but the whole point of pick-up ordering is for people who may not have time to wait to be able to walk in and pick up their order and it be ready. They should consider getting someone with more speed to work on pick up orders. And Chipotle should somehow make it possible to note what items they’re out of online because it sucks to order a bowl that should have 7 toppings and when you get your order there is only 3. I’ve also ordered extra tortillas on the side once which is an extra charge and when I got to the restaurant , they told me that they were out, no refund offered or anything. I would not recommend ordering from this location especially for pick-up.

I asked for 2 chicken bowls and immediately was told they were out of cheese and the chicken would be 10-15 min. I then asked for steak. The pan was almost empty , so I didn't get much protein with my bowls. They were out of white rice so I opted for brown rice which I find out later was damn near raw, very hard and crunchy. I've visited a few Chipotle restaurants in area and this one is by far the worst!. They would probably benefit from a whole new mgmt. team or just permanently close.
