Caribou Coffee & Einstein Bros. Bagels

I should know better by now then to go to this Caribou but it's so close to my house and I always think maybe the next time will be different. The employees there are so slow and they lack in customer service yes. Every time I go something to my order is always messed up.

This caribou takes FOREVER!! I have been to them many times, and many different times of the day, and they always take their time and I wait no less than 5 minutes sometimes. I try not to go here unless I am going to the Cub. Seriously, not only are you slow, but you don't even look like you care. I'm done.

I've been to this location several times thinking each time that the service has got to be better than the last. Each time it's been a disappointment. It's not that hard to make a hot chocolate, straight off the menu, yet each time it gets worse. Very poor service, can't ask for it to be fixed with out getting a rude comment back. I will be going to other stores from now on.

I love Caribou but will go out of my way to go to a different one. The cashier had no customer service skills and it took 15 minutes for me to get my cold press. When I asked for cream he gave me an unopened carton and walked away. When I got in the car and took a drink I got a mouth full of what I believe was sugar at the bottom of my cup (I didn't ask for any sweeteners or flavors).

Rarely get order right. Crew is more worriex about how their dressed or what they did last night over if they can make a drink correct
