McDonald's

They were really busy that night so we expected a bit of a wait but I have never had anyone be as rude to me as the woman running the drive through that night. We told her right away we had two orders but she got sassy and complained telling us to hurry up when we had been ready to order before she even began speaking. She took our one order then when I told her the start of the second she cut us off and helped the other lane. When she got back to us she was heated claiming she didn't know we had two orders from the one car. We pull up to pay and we're very polite both having lots of customer service experience ourselves but she yet again only takes one payment then walks away. She didn't take our second payment till she came back to the window mad we were still there. I could tell they were obviously having multiple issues and bad customers because things were taking long, no one was happy or smiling, and cars behind us were leaving line or starting arguments with the staff. They need to get some more night staff to handle the amount of customers. Staff also even under pressure shouldn't be that rude to people who weren't arguing in the first place.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. There's never enough staff working and there's always a long wait for food only for it to still be frozen or ice cold.

10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! Now, I'm not one to complain much, especially in person because I feel bad expressing my opinion to others since I've worked in fast food before but I've never seen anything as bad as this.. Tonight my sister and I went through the drive through of this McDonald's for two waters and two mcflurries. We placed our order at 10:07 (per receipt time) and got our food 12 MINUTES LATER! I understand a little wait, but it wasn't even super busy and 12 minutes is REDICULOUS! There was a line in the drive through but the car in front of us waited for at least 5 minutes at the window. The staff did not utilize the drive through reserve spots either. I will probably never give my business here again.

The mobile app has made it way easier to get custom food items, like burgers with no buns or ketchup if you're on a keto or low carb diet. Just place your order on the walk in. Also works well if you're there during the lunch rush and you get stuck behind a school bus of kids who all didn't decide what they wanted before getting to the register.

Mc Donalds is one of the best fan food restaurants on the planet right along side Berger King. I will never give eather one a 10 🌟 rating untill they Put in the handy cap automatic door openers By j.w.serfling
