I meet two young ladies who were outstanding in customer service. They worked together well and enjoyed their jobs. They make eating at this location in Maumee a delight. I have been there several times. They both always greet me with a warm smile. Thank you.Recommended dishesBroccoli Cheddar Soup
Staff is friendly. Food sucks. Way overpriced. 2 little shreds of chicken on a massive piece of bread. Charged lemonade is awful as well. Soup is lumpy BS.Food: 2/5
This, of all the Panera locations, is my favorite. They get my order correct every time and they are so friendly here. It's also a convenient location whether I am heading to work or visiting family.
Decent salad and soup for a light dinner.
The staff was fast & friendly. The tea was a little watered down today. I didn't notice until I was home that she gave me the wrong muffin; I wanted the last orange cranberry muffin, but she gave me blueberry. The ceasar salad is pretty good but a little stingy on the dressing. If you go for the added chicken, ask for extra dressing.

Great service - Great Food. The Pick 2, with soup & sandwich & apple was outstanding. The food is still Very Good, and the folks that work there are so helpful. Today was Not a good experience. My salad was good, but definitely not worth the $9.00 I was charged for it. On the menu board a small salad was NOT near that price. I was shocked, but did not want to cause a scene. Might have to look elsewhere for lunch next time.
I ordered a bacon bravo, and blueberry bagel toasted, I simple wanted to enjoy a delectable breakfast but im met with my sandwich being soggy, a cold stale bagel, and this pickle, which very well represented my mood after I received this breakfast
Out of dark coffee. As always at Panera, the coffee urns are likely to have at least one flavor unfilled - - usually the flavor you're looking for.
Placed a pick-up order and was given the wrong sandwich which I can't even eat AND the wrong salad. I would just eat the salad anyway but I don't like the one they gave me, which is why I ordered the one I do like. I'm frustrated. Do I have to literally unwrap my sandwich in the store at pick-up to verify now? There's no indication that it's the wrong food until you open it up. I'm really frustrated that I bought food I can't even eat/don't like because they messed up my order. I even upgraded my sandwich toppings and the sandwich I got had literally no toppings on it anyway. Just meat and cheese. Like? Even if I wanted that sandwich, where are the toppings that are included AND the extra topping I paid for? Generally very very unhappy. Usually I order through Grubhub for delivery and it's fine. This time I wanted to pick up myself on the way home from work and I can barely eat any of it.
