Food was good and mostly fresh. Unfortunately my fry container was barely half full. Unfortunate for a meal that costs over $10. Most likely won’t be returning.
I waited 8 minutes for anyone to take my order. I pulled up to window, they took my money, and didn't return to window with my food for probably 5 minutes. I understand every place is understaffed, but by the time I got home my order was cold . I won't be returning...
Went to the Arby's on Dussell, and it wasn't too bad. The only thing I would ding them on was the fries. They were hot, which is great, but they tasted like the grease they fried them in was burt or old. But the sandwiches were good. We had the French Dip and the Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches. Would have given them a higher food score if it wasn't for the fries!
Food good the language used is not nice heard the F word from employees over 5 times makes me not want to come here anymore. Employees were nice just bad language in their conversations. But customers could hear. Need to use inside voicemaumee oh on drussel

I’m not sure her name but every time I go I always get the same lady at the window! I absolutely adore her, as I always want extra mayonnaise packets and they want me to tell them at the window, and with her she knows, I don’t have to tell her, instead when she gives me my bag she tells me there’s mayo in there. Not only that but she always has a beautiful smile on her face and is so sweet!
I pull up to the drive-through sit there for several minutes no response so I ask is anybody there a voice comes on and says order when ready sounded very tired and like they didn't want to be there then I placed my order and they gave me the price didn't tell me to pull around or anything. It is obvious that whoever's working at the drive-through does not want to be there has no personality and and does not know how to provide customer service. I get my food chance me the bag doesn't ask me if I want any arby sauce or anything like that I ask for arbie sauce she puts it in my bag doesn't say thank you doesn't say have a good night nothing nothing extremely rude dude I don't want to come back to this arby's just because of that.
Ordered a burger got a plain rost beef no sauce or cheese. Rubin sandwich not much meat . Took a minute to get food though it was cause they were cooking burger . Was 2$short of 20 $ I'll pass this placeFood: 1/5
Sign says on window, "Dining Room Open". Guess the staff forgot how to unlock their doors. Doors can be tricky to unlock, maybe they should call a locksmith..... Im not the only person who tried to patron this location. Im so done with dining-room roulette. I wouldn't lose any sleep if this location closed down for good
I got the wagyu burger. It was a decent burger, but way overcooked. It is worth the cost but it doesn't meet the standards of a Wagyu burger.
