Love this location, I’ve been coming here since they open up. They have always been quick with making my smoothies. I can count on one hand I had to wait a long time but that’s because it was during the afternoon it was a lot of people in there. I usually get mine in the morning. My favorite is chia !
The first time of me coming to this restaurant it was a great experience! Today was not so much. They over loaded the BBQ sauce on my flat bread and that was all you could taste. Had the first time being here been like today I would not have came back. The service was great both times, just the food the second time was not worth it. I just hope you work on standardizing your cooking side of things because I fell in love with the flats and would like to keep getting them. If I get another one like today I would not come back. Please please please work on this. I truly love your food and smoothies but it had to be pretty close each time and not over barring with the sauce.
Every morning go to ...Acai berry blast with energizer... but i recommend you try everything at least once and try not to gain an addiction to them. Also the peanut butter honey and granola breakfast flat bread was one of the most amazing experiences I've had in my entire life!!! The staff is always friendly fast and professional!!!
Pay your employees more. Asking for a tip on the card machine after every order has gotten old. I shouldn't have to feel guilty if I don't want to tip for just a smoothie. Won't be coming back.
I ordered ahead on the app for easy & fast pickup. I went there at the time it said it would be ready...and I only see my smoothie on the to go stand not my flatbread & chips. So I waited per the sign posted above that it could come out separately. And mind you I was not greeted at all by any of the 3 employees talking to eachother while I was just waiting with my smoothie. And nobody else was in there but I see an employee bring more to go orders out but I still didn't see mine. So finally after waiting I finally had to ask an employee if I missed my order because I don't see it. She looks around & finally finds it under the counter?!?! I was so shocked I had no words. I was waiting there inside for my to go order that was ready this whole time but was not put in the correct to go location with my smoothie. I have no idea why or how it ended up where it did & the employee didn't seem bothered by it at all. Never even apologized!!! I will not be back to this location at all. The Perrysburg location is way more friendly & more efficient.
I love the smoothies here, the cookies are good but I'll have to try a warp cause they look pretty good. The workers are always nice and friendly.
We order trop through Doordarsh all the time and love the smoothies and food. The owners are super nice and always working to better the company and help their employees!
Ordered a breakfast wrap and it was horrible, my eggs were mushy and extremely cold . I couldn’t even eat it because it made me gag. I’ll just stick to the smoothies occasionally, breakfast is disgusting
Always love the Pomegranate Plunge and Chia Banana Boost Smoothies. I tried their new Cajun Shrimp Salad which is my new favorite!! Can't wait to try the wrap!! Need to put in a Tropical Smoothie in Adrian Michigan!!
The first time I went to tropical smoothie I saw the prices up on the menu board and thought to myself this is a one-time only visit. However, when I received my order and saw how large the burrito was, I turned it into three meals, the math told me that this was a good deal! The food was fresh and flavorful, the restaurant was clean, the employees courteous, and now I know the prices are fair. I'll be going back there before the weather turns.
