Jimmy John's

Horrible. I wasn't aware that freaky fast meant over 30 minutes late. And if that wasn't enough, I ordered a tuna sandwich with no tomato, but instead I got a tomato sandwich with no tuna. Do yourself a favor and get lunch somewhere else

The food is delicious. This is not the first time I waited an hour for delivery. I can deal with that. However, I found out that my order was left on the floor in the foyer of where I work and no one knew it was there. The front door is locked for security purposes but there is a doorbell if someone is not at the front desk. A visitor, not another employee, picked it up off the floor and brought it into the building. Disappointing.

I eat at Jimmy John’s all over because I travel for work. I stopped at this one and wanted to use a gift card I received for Christmas. The machine would not accept the gift card. I went outside and called customer service who answered almost right away.. a real live person! the lady on the phone helped the associate through the process of accepting this gift card. I was a little worried at first I couldn’t get the money back off of this card, but it finally went through and the staff was very pleasant and patient although they were busy. They gave me the time needed to work this out without getting frustrated. I will continue to eat at Jimmy Johns, thanks for the great food and service Ps they through in a free cookie for the trouble.

Ordered 10 sandwiches for the team. 7 of which beach club. Mayo was forgotten in all of those, cucumber missing in one, and avocado was in such small quantity that we had to look for it to find. I called just to make the store aware of those facts and wasn't even thinking of reviewing or anything. The person I talked to dismissed my feedback and hangup on me. Thankfully all JJ locations are not this way when we travel as a team. Mike

Good was good. Would have given 5 starts but the person that took my order must have been new and when I asked for lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and peppers on my sandwich he said it comes on it so he didn't put it on the order. Drive a truck for a living, and this by far was the worst carry out restaurant ever. I was third in line and cashier told me and the people behind me he wasn’t taking any more orders. Said he was to busy. Didn’t even look like they were short staffed. I can see if he was overwhelmed but he was so rude about it. Me and the people behind me who had to leave were dumbfounded .

I went to grab some lunch here yesterday and I was shocked at how amazing the customer service was!! Ive never had this great of an experience at a Jimmy John's to be honest. The guy who helped me recommended a certain mustard and it was great and the atmosphere of the workers was just all around good. I just dont see that as often these days.

Ordered online for pickup, wasn’t given the large drink I paid for. Was able to get a refund of the drink and chips and was just charged for the sandwich. However, when I opened up the second half of my large sandwich it was completely different than the first one which was correct. The second half was full of meat/tomatoes/cheese/mayo, all of which I can’t eat. Very disappointing considering I had already gone through the trouble earlier of getting my refund from the drink.
