We had the soup, Creamy tomato and Chicken noodle! Mine came with a grilled cheese, but the cream tomato and grilled cheese sandwich will be what I come back for!! This place was fast and absolutely delicious, I'd recommend this place to anyone! Price is a little steep, but for the quality it's worth it! They also have a premium coffee club for like $8.99 a month!
We were initially bothered by the prices, but we felt a little better once we saw how large the portions were. I enjoyed the chipotle chicken & bacon pizza. I also like the chipotle chicken avocado melt.
My husband and I tried Panera for the first time recently and he got the chicken sandwich and I got the turkey BLT. We were both extremely disappointed with the chicken sandwich. It cost nearly as much as the turkey & avocado BLT within one dollar and it was less than half the size. Go buy a chicken sandwich with fries & a drink that tastes better for the same price from almost any fast food restaurant. The BLT itself was okay, but the tomatoes did not have much flavor and the avocados were unripe. Overall, we definitely won't be going again for sandwiches, although they were the only things on the menu we tried. I can't speak to the quality of their other dishes.
Panera Bread is one of my favorite lunch locations; between the healthy food items, unique seating options, and classy atmosphere how could I not adore it? The modern architecture blends beautifully with the clean eating. I would recommend Panera to anyone looking for an uplifting lunch experience and yes, there are digital ordering systems inside if you are covid conscious.
So much for their "Accuracy Matters" policy... or maybe it was the "let a manager know" part they didn't like. Our pick-up order was missing dressing for our salads. When I drove back to get them, the associate was reluctant to give me the missing dressing. how odd! When I asked about the posted sign stating to let them know when an order is wrong, the manager was entirely dismissive and behaved as though I was a bother, or maybe he thought I was ridiculous for asking about their posted policy. Regardless, he said he was busy making a drink, so if I wanted to wait, he would assist me after. I already dove here a 2nd time because of your staff's mistake, wasting my lunch hour, and you want me to wait for you to finish a drink?! Is your staff that incapable, or do you just need an excuse? I wasn't angry, upset or unpleasant; simply asking about their policy because I sacrificed 45 minutes due to their mistake, but that was clearly asking too much. Look - we all make mistakes. That is all good and well. However, when you don't acknowledge the problem, or especially, won't deliver on your standards, THAT is where I have an issue. Panera is in the service industry. I paid for the goods, you didn't deliver. Asking and expecting that you stand by your service and product should be basic. How sad that this dismissive attitude is acceptable at Panera! At least once we got the less than 1/2 filled dressings the food was good!
This was my first time eating here and it was a real treat. The food is fresh and delicious and has great flavor. The kids loved their meals also. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is warm, bright, and welcoming. I look forward to going back and trying the soups. The desserts were delicious.
This is my first time at Panera Bread and what a treat this is. I'm from out of town and my friend suggested we come here after going to a place from across the street that had really bad service. It was really good food very surprised we have a Panera Bread where I live and I am going to eat there now. I saw other people's food and I can't wait to try some other things the soup looks so yummy and inviting with the weather. Thank you for the great service and clean up and and clean restaurant.
Ordering system is complicated. No human beings around all automated. Takes three times longer to order than a standard board menu that you can see all at once. IPad ordering is stupid. Expect to pay $50 for two for soup and sandwhich and drinks if you pick non value items. Only way to get a receipt us to agree to get marketing emails from them. And they're anti-2nd Amendment. Now I remember why I hate this place.
This is a pretty good Panera bread location. They have good salads and sandwiches. I feel like maybe they are a little overpriced for the size of the meal that you get. Sometimes the drive-through can be a bit slow.
It's always a good spot to grab a quick bite. Delicious but average. Service and foor are always a toss up on good, bad, and mediocreFood: 4/5
