Panago Pizza

Subpar. One - there are no tables or even a counter ledge to eat. Odd that there are some chairs there. Two - order personalized pizza for which the crust was slightly burnt. Three - the lady there was rude. Three strikes. Don't have time or money to waste on a place like this. I use a Panago downtown on a regular basis with far better service and quality. I'll never be going to this place again. Good luck to those who choose this place.

About as typical an experience as you can get from a franchise pizza location. Owners are a bit brusk when it comes to greeting and serving customers and their usual customer services is lacking so much that I rarely want to leave any tip but I do so that their staff perhaps make a little extra. Generally we get delivery as the service is better.

Hussan the driver was great. Friendly and kind, very understanding. The establishment itself was very poor. The mobile debt machine was not working, they told me to drive to the location to pay for the pizza claiming my account didnt have the balance to pay for their pizza(which was incorrect). They told the diver to lessen my debt bill claiming I had insuffient funds which was incorrect. The driver was extremly understanding. I told him I would drive to location to pay. The store was extreamly rude, had little understanding of the situation. I payed for the pizzas and the driver returned to the store and they demanded to him that he give me my pizzas. Very rude. They didnt offer me any refund or appolagize for the major inconveince. Hussan the driver himself called me and asked for my forgiveness, saying it was his fault and his machine wasnt working correctly. Hopfully the establishment will take a note out of Hassans book and learn some decency.

Very clean and good food. Customer service was very polite. Fast service.

Panago is just a good pizza joint. I've never had a bad Pizza, I've never had a cold pizza delivered, I've never had a wrong Pizza. Now, they did mess up my dip choice one time but hey, it is what it is.
