Friendly, super convenient. Order online and pick up quickly. Tuesday specials are a good deal. Not too many options for toppings, but generally pretty happy with our usual anyway.

The worst pizza and service I have ever encountered, it was horrendous! The pizza that came wasn't fit to feed a dog, the breadsticks were hard and disgusting. I called and spoke to the manager and she could care less. The sad part is their pizza used to be quite good, obviously things have changed for the worse in that location.

So we have been ordering from this place on shaughnassey in Port Coquitlam and we like their pizza, but OMG the service!!!! These manager or whoever runs the shop is very rude and impatient, he shows no respect or good customer service at all!!!!😡😡😡😡 my husband tried ordering online and when he had a question he phoned the shop and this guy, whoever he is, hang up on him and left him talking to himself. We will NEVER order from them again!!! The kids that work there have no idea about what they are doing and are often caught like a deer in the headlights when asked questions about an order. This place is run like a circus and it has one of the worst customer services I have ever seen in my life. Seriously people, go elsewhere for your pizza, you’ll save yourself from getting upset and have a headache.

I've done take out and delivery and never had an issue with either. The staff are very friendly and the delivery drivers are very efficient and always greet us with a smile. The pizza is always hot and tasty too!
