Domino's

Wish I could give it zero stars, worst experience I've ever had ordering pizza. Placed my order for delivery and the guy calls to say he isn't coming to the door because it's too dark and I need to walk down my driveway to meet him (this is Feb with snow at 11:30pm) so I throw on a sweater and quickly go to the end of my driveway. He's gone. I then walk back and call to ask what happened and Cindy the manager says he's not coming down your driveway because it's dark out. I said I've ordered pizza many times and never had this issue. Response: "that's because it was day time, now it's night time so he won't come." I've only ever ordered at night... So I ask why he left then since I said I'd come and I was there. "Ok I'll tell him to go back and you meet him." Again, I go stand on the street at the end of my driveway for ten minutes freezing and waiting. Cindy calls back again: "he's waiting at your house, where are you?!" I tell her I'm standing outside waiting and he is not here and repeat my address 3 times. So she calls him back AGAIN and has him turn on his hazards then calls me to tell me. I see a car about five houses down with it hazards on and I start waving my arms around to get him to see me. She says "Oh you need to go to him." So not only will he not come to my door but I need to walk down the icy street in my pajamas to his car because he can't throw it into reverse and actually come to the end of my driveway now?!?!? Finally I told her he's at the wrong house so forget it because I am freezing and this is ridiculous. She says ok and hangs up on me. No apology, no credit to my account, nothing but getting hung up on. Never ordering from here again.

Convenient if you have nothing to eat at home or just want to pig out. I never got the Chinese delivery guy, my delivery guys were always quite good. Would be savage if it was open 24 hrs.

The service was fast and good. The employees were quick and helping. The only drawback is that it is takeout-only. No seating is provided inside the store

Watch out when you guys receive your delivery, the Chinese guy will tip himself in the debit machine and hand it out to you without saying anything. No receipt. If i hadn't checked my bank statement online I would have never known. I go to the store to talk about this, and the manager there tells me that, it is not his fault, it's the delivery man's fault and start yelling at me. I asked for store owner's number, he refuses to give. Horrible customer service. I call the store owner, she was nice and understanding, so that was cool. It's not about the money tbh, it is the customer service that they are providing to their customers. Yelling back at the customer who came to complain because they charged more then they should have been? What kind of store does that these days? I hope they improve on their customer services and training programs. **Double check your price when you pay so you guys don't go through what I went through**

The asian delivery guy screamed at my friend "You are too cheap!" for not giving him a "proper" tip ,then literally throws the pizza to him and and walks away. Worst customer service ever. He was extremely rude and made all the house quests very uncomfortable. This wasn't the first incident thou! Earlier on the month we tried to paid with credit card and guess what?!?! he self tipped himself without telling us...we are NOT going to get pizza from this place anymore!
