I’ve been here dozens of times and it’s always the same. Good food and good service. They have a fantastic variety and great deals. The specials are always interesting and always good. It’s not a fancy place but for what you get at the price you pay it’s 5 stars.

We love this place. It's an old fashioned unabashed diner where half of the wait staff call you "honey" as they refill your (very good) cup of coffee. The food is consistently good, though two particular fans are their lasagna and their cabbage rolls. Oh, and anything on the breakfast menu! If you want something not the way it is listed, they are happy to make the change. We have become regulars.

The best place to eat is here. Excellent Service. Clean. Great Staff. The best prices and most importantly the BEST food! Fresh! And really tasty. Great setting. Friendly staff. EVERYONE should be coming here to eat! We have come back 3 times in a week because we have been so impressed with how fantastic this place is! The manager even walks around and talks to people. This is how you run a resteraunt. Check this place out. It's our new favourite!!!!

Overall, I had a decent experience here. There was no wait to be seated and our meals arrived fairly quickly after we had placed our orders. I had the Chorizo Burrito which was quite tasty and extremely filling! Furthermore, it’s quite reasonably priced at roughly $13. I also had the chocolate milkshake which was not bad but quite expensive for what it was worth. The ‘not-so-good’ experiences started happening near the end of our meal. Once we asked for the bill, our server brought just one bill - she assumed we wanted one and did not ask for our preference (in this case we wanted two separate bills). Additionally, our server also charged us for a meal we never ordered. Once we brought this up, at the till as we were about to pay, our server corrected the mistake and even said that she didn’t think the amount represented what we ordered at the time she made it. She never thought to do something about this before she handed it to us? If it hadn’t been for those incidents, I would have gladly rated the Coquitlam Grill 5 stars because the food really was excellent.

This is my go-to restaurant for family dinners. The ribs are very soft (comes off easily) and the lasagna has a unique flavour. The chicken wrap is also very delicious! The service is a little slow and waiters often forget requests (like extra napkins), but they are friendly. Also, the pop is not very fizzy so I recommend asking for canned pop or ordering a different drink.
