Horrible. The last 5 times we ordered they forgot something every single time. We ordered tonight and paid $65 for Chicken that was so dry it was not edible. We literally had to throw it all out. Also, almost all their bucket meals you have to choose between gravy or fries now. The gravy is almost $9, and a large box of fries is about $10 on top of an already expensive meal. It's honestly pathetic. Go to BK and get 2 orders of chicken fry meals and a double whopper for $26.99. KFC has gone downhill so bad. They should have put all that money they spent on renovations into making their business better. I am never ordering from here again. I would recommend you stay far away. Waste of money and time.
Useless! Possibly the worst KFC I’ve ever had the pleasure of going to. Ordered a bucket that we waited over 20 minutes for. All you could hear from the back was a loud argument! One poor girl trying run everything whilst the manager and other staff were clearly fighting. I eventually just asked for a refund but it turned out nobody knew how to do one. I told the manager I needed a refund or chicken and she quickly got my order together. I’m not typically somebody that gets annoyed in these situations or leaves reviews but here I am! Don’t know who it is that owns this franchise but you might want to think about shaking up the staff. You made the place look all new with the refurb but forgot to work on the stuff that really counts……. Good product and customer service. A dreadful experience and you can be assured we won’t be back. Very sad.
Evelyn, the manager, honoured an error they made 3 months ago. She remembered me and made good with her promise. They were very busy and took their time to make my order correct. I congratulate her and her staff/co-workers for working very hard and being diligent. Thank you Evelyn for strengthening my respect and support for kfc and retail businesses!!!
I ordered the 2 can share bucket for $12.99 , however they forgot the tenders. The fries and chicken were dry and tasted like they were cooked yesterday. It's not the first time they have shorted us on this order.
After reading all these reviews about how horrible this KFC location is I can totally vouch for all them. This has to be the worst KFC location in all of Alberta. Not only is the parking lot a nightmare, but their drive-thru has to be slower than molasses. I had to wait at the speaker for over 10 minutes before my order was taken while they maybe had 3 patrons inside that I could see. You get drinks and get told to wait up front, and we’ve been here for over 20 minutes. Just atrocious service. Never go here or come here if you haven’t already. So disappointing.
What happened to you KFC? After getting a near $60 10 piece bucket which was mostly backs and throw away parts... you give me paper mache flavored gravy, 4 hockey puck biscuits and the coldest soggiest fries I've ever had... cant wait till Popeyes opens up here...
Alyssa gave us better service than most servers at full restaurants. She is an absolute gem. The extra crispy chicken was good, too.
Honestly. The one star is just because the food was good. The staff are so unprofessional and disorganized. All you hear from the back is yelling and arguing. When they call your number the food is just thrown on the counter. Can’t wait for Popeyes to open. Hopefully it’s not the same staff.
Ordered food for take out. When I go home, I found the entire box of large fries looked and tasted like it had been cooking in oil for hours. Could clearly see they were burnt to a crisp inside and out, but still gave them out to customers! Threw them out after trying one.
Ok thought this time would be different but it wasn’t , we ordered a 18 piece comes with 5 sides so I get two gravy two fries and a coleslaw it got here and there were 4 pieces of chicken missing both boxes of fries were maybe half full some pieces of chicken were raw and I asked for no wings and it had 8 wings in it and she even repeated my order to me 3 times , and a month before this last time it was almost the same thing got a bunch of wings when I asked for none and half full or half empty boxes of fries this time you all are going to hear me .
