Unfortunately I have to say that I’m getting disappointed with Palma Pasta.nPortions in the containers are getting smaller and smaller. My last purchase was a joke. I only got 3/4 of the small size lasagna in the container. And prices are almost double for everything! Like you can’t raise the prices and cut the size down! This is ripping up customers in double. Do not think that we don’t notice this. Also my this Monday lasagna was very salty. I used to love Palma pasta. I still think that the product is good but unacceptable price and small size is discouraging me from visiting your store. The size of actual product that you see below is where you see the cheese. The red around is just a sauce.
I don’t buy pre-made food as a rule ….. until I tasted their lasagna!! OMG… I am hooked. Our entire family raves about their pasta products.nnNot many food items I would drive an hour to get …. Except for Palma Pasta.nnService and products are exceptional.
Nice cozy place. All what you need from Italian food and bakes.nFriendly and helpful staff.
Great place to pick up dinner on the way from work when no time to cook. I love that you can call them ahead and have the food put aside, hot and ready to go at your convenience as the ready to eat food in hot case sells out quickly. Staff is always pleasant and helpful.
I use Palma Pasta for all my group events. Their food is excellent, and their helpfulness at store level is 5 star. Ordering from them has resulted in many people going in to visit their store for their own shopping needs. Good food and good customer service result in more business.
