My car broke down right at the Third Line/ Wycroft intersection this morning. I panicked and parked in what turned out to Noble parking lot. Two Noble employees Slava and his buddy were kind enough to offer help. They not only diagnosed the issue but offered a temporary fix so I could get to an auto service shop safely. Can't speak to their services but would rate 10/10 on employees. Many many thanks!
I was grateful that they had the parts that I needed in stock but I was absolutely fleeced on pricing. I was charged more than double the price of genuine American Standard parts for aftermarket. I expect to pay a premium as a walk in customer at a place like that, just not double.
Noble is usually pretty good, but I don't like coming to this branch. The one younger lady who sits on the left is extremely rude and slow. She always huffs and puffs and rolls her eyes. If you have to come to this branch, go to any other employee but her, and you won't have any problems.
Mind blowing customer service... I had originally called another location to ask for a quote on a unit. I am still waiting to hear back as of this review. I couldn't wait any longer so I called the Oakville location and was answered by Cindy. I received the quote in less than a minute. I also had another question about another part and I couldnt answer her follow up question so she provide me the information on both options so that I could follow up with my technician about it later. She quickly added it to the original quote all in less than 2 minutes! Talk about service. Great job Cindy!
These guys are awesome! Was in a pinch and they came through with their awesome customer service. They really take care of their customers.
