Worst doctors office to visit!nReceptionist is very rude. She is super quiet and hard to understand via phone.nInstructions on finding the building is not clear at all. When concern is brought to them the receptionist denies and states it's not them. Then who is responsible? Why can't you improve your automated texts tp provide clear instructions for the building's address.nFinally the doctor is running behind and reception blames me for being late few minutes when I was on the phone with her just a few minutes ago trying to find the building.nnOverall, it was my first visit to this location and the experience is horrible! You need to hire a better and more delegant receptionist .
I see why this Walk-in has such a low rating. They had signs out at 3:54 suggesting they were at capacity. 1 Person in the waiting room. It closes m at 5:00.nnWe mentioned we had spoken to someone to triage and due to Vision issues we were told to try and see someone today. They told us to come back tomorrow Sunday although their signs say “CLOSED”.nnBrutal MCI The Doctors Office. Thats a shame and a very poor representation for Oakville and Health Care.
I have been under Dr V’s care for almost 10 years, I am 70 years old now, moved to Toronto but keep going to meet her in Oakville. She is professional, thorough, amiable, direct, listens attentively and allows you to ask as many questions as you want. She does not waste your time, neither right before nor during the appointment. I am very lucky to be a patient in her practice and grateful for her guidance.
I take my child to see Dr. Khatri at the Oakville office. She’s a great doctor and very thorough. The staff at reception is very nice and helpful. Overall the office is clean but could do with some upgrading.
Actually pointless walk in systemnYou put on you info online to come in and put it all in againnReception is now useless.. what do they actually do? Most the doctors are nice and helpful but the whole new system is a pain and a dragnIt's only by appointment here, no walk-in
