My Bruno chairlift broke down, I’m very happy with the service I got from Jason. He is a polite, and very professional. Excellent service, he even helped out when I could not get a hold of the office staff. He is an example of what customer service should be and his dedication and workmanship is reflected to your organization. He is an assist to your company.
Went here for my CPAP and Marione was awesome! He was super patient with me while I dealt with my insurance & answered all my questions. He sold me only the equipment that I needed and didnt try to up sell me just to make a profit. He was fantastic and I'd highly recommend seeing him if you need one.
Great experience getting my first CPAP! Marione was super friendly and helpful, with lots of knowledge and tips on getting used to the CPAP from someone who uses one as well. I highly recommend Access Abilities and Marione if you are looking to get a CPAP/APAP!
Jonathan was amazing. Received a warm welcome the moment we walked in the door. We were renting a wheelchair which we had reserved. Jonathan brought the chair out to our truck. Before that, he showed us exactly how to operate it and take it apart for transporting it and then reassembled it. What a nice human being, excellent service. Thank you Jonathan!
Access Abilities have been fantastic in helping with a rental wheelchair for my dad. Through a change in what we were renting, and some unexpected repairs being needed, Molly, Amir and the entire showroom staff have been amazing! Thank you so much!
