I had an amazing experience here! From the moment we walked in, everyone from the receptionist to the lab technician greeted us with a warm smile and was extremely professional. Our lab technician, Sandra, was outstanding—so calm, patient, and always smiling, making the entire process so comfortable. We came for an anatomy scan and had been to a few other ultrasound centers before, but none of them made us feel as good as this place did. I’ve decided that this will be my go-to ultrasound center from now on!
The 3 stars is for the receptionist. She was the one working on the sono side. She’s very abrupt and unhelpful. The other receptionist responsible for the fertility side of the clinic looked unfriendly and was playing on her phone while a line up built up. The back girls were very quick, efficient, friendly and organized. Donna was especially nice. The physician who did my US was great and competent and his assistant was wonderful too!nThe clinic is nice and clean with plenty of seating. I just wish the one sono receptionist was more pleasant. Coming to this clinic is stressful enough for patients, they don’t need to deal with unnecessary attitude :
I had a wonderful experience at True North Imaging. I received a warm welcome. I did my pelvic ultrasound and hysterogram there. I was educated on the process. The technician and doctor kept checking up on me to see if I was ok during the two ultrasounds. I left the clinic feeling well taken care off. Thank you!!!
Angelina was amazing. She made me feelnComfortable and answered many of my questions. Lovely bright and clean clinic. Staff at reception were also very friendly.
The ultrasound tech was very friendly and professional. She explained everything and made sure I was comfortable. Worth the 25 min drive from Milton. I will definitely return for any future diagnostics.
