Palladino RV

Professional, accommodating, honest, knowledgeable and friendly sum up our recent experience with Palladino RV. We purchased our Imagine trailer through Darryl and he was amazing to deal with, a definite asset to this company! We had seen a similar model RV at our local dealer and were not comfortable with the staff. We saw the unit on-line on Palladino's website, made a call to Darryl and were impressed with his professionalism and no pressure tactics. We transacted the deal over the phone - and arranged to pick up the unit the following week. The unit was as described, the staff were professional and pleasant to deal with. They took time to explain everything with NO PRESSURE involved which is why we did not deal with our local dealer. We Just had a minor warranty issue and it was dealt with on the same day it was reported to Pauline! This reinforces our decision to deal with a company 3-1/2 hours away as opposed to one 20 minutes away that made us feel uncomfortable. Thanks Jason & Darryl for a great deal on my new trailer. Very happy with my choice. They are very accommodating & knowledgeable of their product. Salesmen & parts department very helpful. Friendly service (Robert C). Great selection. Would recommend to buy your new RV @ Palladino. Love my 5th wheel!!

We purchased our camping trailer at Palladino RV, the sales staff were very helpful and friendly. When we went to pick up our trailer they went through all the workings and options answering any questions that we had. Everything was ready when they said it would be and set up for us to be able to drive from the lot with our new trailer. A good buying experience.
